We take the utmost care in packaging your products, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your products.

Provide clear pictures of the defective or damaged product along with your order number.

We will assess the situation and if deemed valid, offer a full refund or replacement at no cost.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days, from the time we receive your return.

The time it takes for your refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment method.

In the rare case that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will arrange for the correct order to be shipped to you.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, the order cannot be cancelled as it has already been processed for shipping.

If the cancellation is done within the specified time frame, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.

Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped, in such cases, you can return the items following our return policy.
